You will complete the Connors Adult ADHD Rating Scale (CAARS) assessment tool during your appointment.

We will also discuss how your childhood, school, career, and relationships have been affected by a lack of focus, the inability to sit still, and impulsive decision making.

We will discuss the results of the assessment, questions you have, and next steps.

You will also receive a comprehensive report complete with a diagnosis that you can take to your Primary Care Physician or Psychiatrist.

You can schedule additional ADHD Coaching sessions with me to implement strategies to increase focus, regulate emotions, and make better more informed decisions.

One of my specialties is helping my clients discover if ADHD is holding them back. I want to do the same for you. With my help you can better understand the severity of your Inattention, Hyperactivity, and/or Impulsivity. I will be honest with you if I believe it is coming from an ADHD diagnosis or possibly something else that can sometimes mimic the symptoms of ADHD.
